A: They all filed documents with the SEC that contained drafting mistakes... mistakes that could have been prevented with Lexicon.

• "Key Employee" defined twice, with differing capitalization
• "Employer Matching Contributions" defined but used in lowercase (p. 77)
• "Outstanding Loan" defined but used in lowercase seven times
• This document contains three sections titled "Definitions"; in each section, Defined Terms are designated with initial caps and followed by colons (but not set forth in double quotes). There are also numerous terms defined throughout the body of the document, using the double quote convention.
