IMPORTANT: If you are using Windows XP SP2 or later, you will need to "unblock" the file after downloading it. To do so, right-click on it in Windows Explorer, select the "Properties" menu item, and then click the "Unblock" button (on Windows Vista or 7 this is within the "Security" options). If you don't unblock the file, you will see "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" when you try to view pages in the help file.
