You can customize the Glossary using the Edit Glossary dialog to:
For example: We have agreed to make this prospectus available for a period of one year from the expiration date of this exchange offer to any broker-dealer for use in connection with any such resale. See "Plan of Distribution." In the precedng paragraph, "Plan of Distribution" is in double quotes, but it is clearly not a Defined Term. By telling Lexicon to ignore any phrases preceded by the word "see" (or the phrase "as set forth in" or "please refer to" or any other phrases you choose) , you can exclude such phrases from the Glossary. You might also want to exclude all phrases ending in "Inc." so that the names of corporations do not appear as Undefined Terms. (Lexicon is installed with a default list of exclusions, including these examples.) Sometimes you might want Lexicon to include terms in the Glossary even though they aren't defined in double quotes. Or you might want to search for an arbitrary list of words, and have Lexicon show all snippets in which they appear, turning Lexicon into a powerful tool for doing multiple simultaneous searches. You can do all these things with Lexicon's Glossary Editor. All exclusions or added terms are saved and applied the next time you use Lexicon.
